Our customers are thoroughly trained to use the Optimal system. The customer site's training is given during implementation.

Customer Training

• Training is provided for RamSoft, which enables the customer to route images to Optimal’s system, and for eChart in the McKesson RIS. RamSoft training includes image verification, study status, clinical history, prior exams for comparison, document scanning, and verification of transmission. eChart allows the customer to view the preliminary and final report, print the report, and listen to the radiologist’s dictation.
• Training is conducted on the gateway present at the site via a LogMeIn session.
• Training usually includes 2-4 super users at each site, which will then be responsible for training the remaining team members. The site’s training plan is discussed during the implementation process.
• Training material is placed on the desktop of each gateway and sent electronically to the site. Additional laminated summaries are provided to use as a quick reference.
